THE WEEK OF INTENTIONS

ONE of our spiritual tasks this week – and throughout these uncertain times – is to find beauty and peace.

We are tested in these new skills when the Taurus Sun is square Saturn. Hard aspects involving Saturn usually provide a reality check on some level. They can feel heavy or even evoke some fear, requiring us to develop greater maturity, patience, and inner strength.

IN THE OUTER WORLD, this represents the need to take stock of how we’ve been managing the resources that we rely on to support ourselves physically, including money, food, environment. We may be especially aware of lack or insecurity in one or more of these areas. But, this awareness is ultimately helpful, for it allows us to make necessary course corrections.
 
On a personal growth level, our challenge is to strengthen our sense of inner security, rather than relying on outer circumstances to reassure us. If we require outer forms to stabilize before we become peaceful within, we will be always checking conditions to make sure we’re still safe. Once we find an inner serenity, our sense of well being is no longer controlled by the latest news release.

We can anticipate some surprises this week, and over the next four weeks as the Moon waxes and then wanes. And yet, the New Moon reminds us of that we need to focus on inner stability and let the waves of change continue to roll through our experience.

The New Moon is also in harmonious aspect with the nodal axis, those points in space that reveal our karmic past and evolutionary future. This means that our new lunar cycle can potentially play an important role in moving us toward a higher destiny, one that is guided more by personal connections and caring than by the controls wielded by authority.
 
This lunation provides an opportunity for us to integrate the qualities of the Divine Feminine even more fully into our beings. With the nodes scheduled to change signs on May 4, we are nearing a completion point of these lessons – so it’s time to show the universe what we’ve learned.
 
CONDITIONS are quite variable in the last half of the week. Protests have already been on the rise since April 10, when Mercury, the planet of Communication, entered assertive Aries. This week, Mercury aligns with the dwarf planet Eris (Friday), and then squares Pluto and Jupiter (Saturday). These aspects indicate an intensification of clashes between individual rights and the power of government. Orators may feel especially impassioned under this influence, but the wiser of them will understand their responsibility for what actions their words could incite.
 
The potency of the Mercury/Eris and Jupiter/Pluto square is even greater than it might be at other times, because Pluto stations retrograde on Saturday. Whenever a planet changes direction it must slow to a standstill before it reverses course. As it reaches its “station,” we feel its effects even more strongly than at other times.
 
Because this weekend’s influences are so far-reaching, we must consider other manifestations that go even deeper than an angry exchange or two. Pluto reveals what has been hidden, Mercury conveys information, Eris demands to be heard, and Jupiter magnifies the situation. As such, suspicions are more easily aroused, and resentments that have been building reach the surface. Everything seems exaggerated, as if we were looking into a distorting mirror at the carnival. Conspiracy theories abound, and there is an obsession with getting to the truth of the matter.
 
Since these themes “christen” Pluto’s retrograde phase, they will continue to play out over the next five months. It is interesting to note that when Pluto finally stations direct on October 4, it will be exactly square retrograde Mars. That is when we are likely to see additional fall-out from whatever issues arise this week, and perhaps an even more proactive response. 

Sunday is the exact alignment between the Sun and Uranus. This influence gains full expression over the weekend. We usually expect dramatic events when the Sun and Uranus align. Uranian events often shake our foundations, either literally or figuratively. Earthquakes, volcanoes, mudslides, and other acts of nature are common when Uranus is strong, especially with the planet now in earthy Taurus. Their first alignment in Taurus on April 22, 2019, lived up to its reputation with news headlines including the fire at Notre Dame cathedral, a speech by Greta Thunberg at the Extinction Rebellion protest in London, a mudslide in Myanmar that buried more than 50 jade miners, and two large earthquakes in the Philippines. 

On an individual level, tempers are likely to be short, and words can be laser-like in their ability to cut through to the heart of a matter. Although we may feel driven to speak a truth, we must also be aware of the power of words to hurt or heal.

MANIFESTATIONS of Uranus can be disruptive, since they usually involve sudden changes that throw us off balance at first. But, there’s a much more palatable expression of Uranus that we can take advantage of this week. At its highest expression, Uranus is associated with higher consciousness.

It is called the “higher octave” of Mercury, with Mercury representing the logical mind, and Uranus symbolizing the Greater Mind.  If you are doing any work in retraining your brain, this is a powerful week to see advancements. Meditations that open us up to insights from a higher form of intelligence are not only supported but enhanced. If you’ve been blessed with heightened intuitive or extrasensory experiences lately, you are likely to see even more developments over the coming days.
 
We may experience a form of “lift off” this week, especially around the time that the Moon exactly aligns with Uranus (Thursday, April 23, at 1:29 a.m. PDT) 9.30am BST and the Sun-Uranus conjunction (Sunday, April 26, at 2:00 a.m. PDT) 10am BST.

Be sure to ground yourself several times a day, and call in Divine Light to make sure your experiences are of the highest frequency.
 

Lunar ladies

New Moon in Taurus 2020 appears at the degree of the 1977 discovery of the asteroid Chiron, “The Wounded Healer’”. 
The discovery of any new planetary body brings into the collective Psyche a shift in consciousness. In 1977, Chiron activated the self-help, talk therapy movement.

The New Moon in Taurus is also happening on Earth Day, too. As you will read in this blog post, what is being asked of the Collective is to create new rituals and symbols for a world that is based on Love.

You are being shown the path of the Aquarian Age of the Christ Sophia Gaia timeline.  It is through the soft power of the Feminine that resides in all of us, that the New Earth dimension can fully come into being. This act of honoring the Earth and having a love for self and one another shifts the planetary energy field from 3D to 5D.

The New Moon and Sun happen at 3 degrees Taurus with Uranus, the modern ruler of Aquarius. Uranus initiates a new level of being. A human being in communion with Nature. Trans-Pluto planet Cupid lends a hand by offering his gifts to the human soul. The awakening of Uranus in the Earth’s body triggers your inner Eros to become eager for new experiences. Commune with Nature and step lightly on the sacred grounds of Mother Earth, to seek true embodiment.

Vulcan who forges new ways of power appears as “a woman watering flowers in her garden”. This energy says to use your mind to cultivate new ways of being. Your Mind has great power now to water the weeds of negativity or to nurture the power of positivity. You get to choose. 

Recalibrating the Gaia Timeline –

The Taurus New Moon and Sun appear as “A Pot of Gold at the end of the Rainbow”. The 2020 Zodiac year longs to fly as a triangle with wings. Sitting at the discovery point of the Wounded Healer, Chiron, there is an ascension process taking form. Chiron ushers in an east wind that blows “a woman’s hat with streamers”. When strong winds blow, things change. Uranus calls through the timelines as the “woman of Samaria comes to draw water from the well.”

Uranus is opening the way through the Crown chakra/Higher Mind that Christ consciousness is available to the masses. This is a high-frequency shift that comes to replace the old world order of fear and lack into a new world order based on universal love.

Your inner Eros beckons the Angel of the “Body of Peace” to appear before you during this lunation. This angel is a gift for all those who love and protect Mother Earth. This Angel is known as “Lelah” and is one of the 72 names of GOD that blesses you with the power of silence and peace. Lelah helps shift your attention to the calm beauty that relieves anxiety. Call upon Lelah to grant you the peace of silence, the calm of physical beauty and the wisdom of dreams. Angels are here to help intervene on behalf of the greater good.

As I gazed into the mirror of the Taurus lunar cycle chart, the Sabian Symbols reveal the winds of change. My clairaudient inner voice said, “Something wicked this way comes.” In Act IV of William Shakespeare’s Macbeth, this famous line was heard: “By the pricking of my thumbs / Something wicked this way comes.”

I have to stop here for a moment and remind you that current CV-1+9 testing requires a thumb prick! — After this play was first performed, many believed it was cursed and would not say the name “Macbeth” aloud. Ray Bradbury returns to this famous line by naming his novel after it. Something Wicked this Way Comes is about two 13-year-old best friends and their nightmarish experience with a traveling carnival that comes to their home town. In dealing with the creepy figures of this carnival, the boys learn how to combat fear.

Saturn is being highlighted during this lunar cycle’s energies. Saturn appears as “an unexpected thunderstorm”. Saturn, the ancient ruler of Aquarius, is bringing this storm from the time of Atlantis. Now is the time for you to develop inner security to weather any kind of storm. Uranus creates that shocking surprise in Aquarius but Saturn gives you fair warning. One storm can turn into a flash flood. Really take stock of your resources and prepare for the worst and expect the best.

Saturn connects with the Lunar North Node of Fate and sends a lightning bolt into the atmosphere. What appears on the scene is “on a ship, the sailors lower an old flag and raise a new one”. This is a changing of the old guard and a new way of doing things appears. This is the time for reorientation and to choose wisely for your individual needs. This individualism, when done together, can shift the tides for what the collective experience can become. The other side to this change, comes from the South Node that is unraveling the past. Here appears “An Indian chief claims power from the assembled tribe”. What would happen if we returned, realigned and reconnected to indigenous ways of the true Keepers of the land in North America?

Chief Joseph of the Nez Pierce and Black Elk, Oglala Lakota Medicine man come to mind. In Black Elk Speaks, the price of human suffering that the Sioux paid for because of the westward expansion of the United States. Black Elk mourns the passing of an age of innocence and freedom for the Indigenous People. Look to the upcoming Summer Solstice of June 20th as an energetic marker to see what is possible of what is coming. 

The trans-Pluto planet Appollon and Earth are traveling retrograde in Scorpio – in opposition to the New Moon and Sun. They appear as “a youth holding a lighted candle in a devotional ritual”. This energy is grounding into the collective experience of the material world that ceremony is a way to shift energy. The societal rituals of our current world are what create a sense of culture to the youth of today. They learn from what their society holds value in. These rituals appear as sports seasons, holidays and moments we celebrate and honor together. Look to see what symbols and rituals that you participate in that come from your childhood. What needs to go and what has enough value to stay?

You are invited to stretch beyond prior limitations and allow more into your life. 
You may be tempted with over-indulgence, so keep your feet on the ground and know when you become full. 
Ask yourself, “What truly feeds my Soul?”

Stay alert for your signs and symbols, aka your breadcrumbs, to find this special place that your Soul is calling you towards. Keep a journal to collect your spiritual light that is shining through this lunar cycle. Stay immersed in your curiosity because the Light moves in mysterious ways.

There is a possibility that not everyone will be able to hear this perfect language like you do. The Sun and Moon whisper not to fret about that. Instead, enjoy the energy of what and who is communing with you. Pay attention, stay true to your heart and do your best to stay attuned. What you receive beginning on Earth Day 2020 will find its perfect place among the “new normal” that is happening all around you.
